Planning application and timeline

​You can view and comment on the planning application on the council’s website here: https://public-access.lbhf.gov.uk/online-applications using reference number: 2024/01938/FR3 . 

Planning officers will review the planning application and present comments received to the Planning Committee. The decision to approve or refuse the application will be made by councillors on the Planning Committee and officers at the Greater London Authority. We expect to receive a decision in Spring 2025.

A Construction Working Group has been formed with White City Estate residents. Group members will be involved in the council’s procurement process and will receive support and training to learn more along the way.

​

The Construction Working Group is chaired by a local resident. The group has been holding monthly evening meetings on the estate to discuss:

• questions to ask the building contractor during the selection process

• the best way for the contractor to communicate with residents

• how community priorities can shape the social value provided by the contractor

• how the construction phase can be considerately managed to minimise disruption for residents
